Meat & Cheese Restaurant and Farm Shop will be open this fall. We will be featuring the salumi and cheeses of Avalanche Cheese Company, as well as fine cured meats and cheeses, sustainably raised meat, deli meats made in house from sustainably raised animals, produce and flowers from Colorado in season, sauces, fermented veggies, pickles and other delicious accouterment for home cooks.
The centerpiece of the restaurant will be the rotisserie chickens and porchetta which can be served in house or to take away.
We will also serve a changing and seasonal menu from local, sustainably farmed and raised products. The menu will offer soups, salads and plates. The bar will serve unique craft beers and feature an ambitious wine by the glass program. There will be indoor and outdoor seating.
